Health & Wellness Coach
Dr. Karen Correa
I have been in Clinical Research and drug development for 30 years. My goal as a wellness counselor is to go beyond the treatment phase and prioritize prevention in an effort to help individuals achieve healthy life styles and reach their fullest potential.
My own personal journey involved multiple traumas and challenges from which I needed to heal. Instead of becoming a victim I chose to be a victor and take charge of my personal and professional life and my health outcomes. I realized that only I could make a difference in my life so I began my journey to change and implement behaviors that I employ to this day. Overtime my confidence and self-determination became my daily journey. It was then that I developed my “Self-Love” platform. I am here to share my proven techniques to self-love that provides an atmosphere of healing in all aspects of life.
